I met Suzanne many years ago at an open house and at others there after. She was always friendly, seemed to be very dedicated to her career and she demonstrated good market knowledge. After a brief discussion of tentative preferences, which included size and location of our potential new home, Suzanne, my fiancé and I went out on our first house hunting expedition. "About 4 years ago I wandered into an open house in our neighbourhood. My husband and I had briefly discussed downsizing just days before. We loved our neighbourhood and I thought it might be worth looking into. Well the house although lovely, turned out to be bigger than what we already had! Suzanne and I chatted and later that week she dropped of some listings. She continued to call every couple of months to see how we were doing - never pushy or intrusive, just little chats to see where were were at. We put our plans on hold when our son announced he was getting married - we knew we needed the space! Health issues with my husband made us rethink our thoughts on even a bungalow.
